Q: How does consigning work?

A: Consigning means that someone (the seller) registers to get a consign ID number.  We sell your items for you and take care of venue, advertising, etc.

Q: How much money will I make?

A: You will make 65% of your items sales, minus your registration fee. If you use the concierge service, you make 40% of your item sales.

Q: Do I need my own hangers?

A: Yes! Many local stores recycle hangers and will happily give you extra, dry cleaners sell wire hangers, or local stores sell them. Walmart sometimes will give away plastics but please don't bring the bra/undergarments hangers as they don't fit on our racks properly. 

Q: Are strollers allowed for shoppers? 

A: Yes! 

Q: What can i consign?

A: All things baby, kids, juniors, and  maternity. All in season clothing and gear. 

Q: Are there any items i CANNOT consign?

A: Yes, we do not accept recalled items, car seats, drop-down side cribs, and any items that are broken, stained, torn, or out-of-date.

Q: What prices should i set my stuff at?

A: All items must be priced in whole dollars, at a minimum of $2.00.

Q: Why is there a pre-sale?

A: The pre-sale is a benefit to our volunteers and consignors; as well as something special we offer to pregnant mothers, first time moms, and teachers.

Q: Are shoes allowed to be sold in the sale?

A: Yes! Be sure to follow guidelines.

Q: Is this a benefit sale?

A: No, this sale is a business. However many items are donated to local charities.

Q: How do i drop off?

A: Drop off is easy! There will be an entry door clearly marked with the name of the sale, and you will come inside and sign in. Then you will take a rack or have the help of a volunteer to bring your items inside, where you will have them inspected and then help put them away on the sales floor. That's it!

Q: What type of toys can i bring? 

A: Just about any toy in good working condition! All toys must have batteries. 

Q: Can i bring sports gear?

A: Yes! any children size sports gear in good working condition is accepted.

Q: When will i get paid?

A: At pick up time, or if mailed within 7 days of the final sale date.

Q: How will i get paid?

A: With a check.

Q: Can another family member work for my volunteer shift? 

A: Yes!

Q: Can i invite my friends to shop the pre-sale?

A: Only if we offer you a refer a friend pre-sale ticket. If we do, be sure to write your name on the ticket to be entered in a drawing!

Q: Will there be shopping carts available?

A: No, but there will be ikea reusable bags. We suggest bringing a small wagon, a large tote, stroller, etc. Get creative!
